    Keep dataSource attribute as defined in v1.1/v1.2

    This issue (XTCE13-38) was written based on a comparison between draft version of XTCE v1.2 and the released version. Further analysis suggests that the released version (no default value) is good as is and no further action should be taken.

    The idea of providing a default value of "telemetered" for dataSource was tied to other proposed changes to the Parameter element. In the absence of these changes, providing a default value may conflict with other mechanisms to indicate the data source (e.g., using a parameter naming convention).
