XTCE13 — ParameterToSet/Derivation is set to abstract and should not be

    ParameterToSet/Derivation is a MathOperationType which is abstract. Which means you cannot make an instance of it.

    A simple fix is to make a DerivationType extending MathOperationType.

    Reballot: This was resolved when working XTCE13-125

    The resolution XTCE13-166 for XTCE13-125 adds a new type to support specifying arguments inside the "Derivation" element in "ParameterToSetType". This new type, named "ArgumentMathOperationType" is no longer abstract. This effectively moots this issue, so they could be considered to be merged now.
