SBVR — Individual Concept Not Necessarily a Noun Concept

Based on ISO’s ‘individual concept’ a fact type could be an individual concept. But the specification gives ‘noun concept’ as the more general concept of ‘individual concept’. Also, as it stands, ‘individual concept’ is inconsistent with ‘general concept’.

Recommendation:

8.1.1 (pg. 17)

Remove line in the entry for “individual concept” that says, “General Concept: noun concept”.

I can provide an updated Figure 8.1 on page 15.

Remove from the specification that 'individual concept' specializes 'noun concept'.
