RLS — 'inStream' attribute in MobileDatum class shall be an object

    There seems to be no reason to make the 'inStream' attribute to be a
    reference.

    Although the ‘Description’ part of MobileDatum explicitly says that ‘inStream’
    attribute is an instance, it is described as a reference in the description of the
    attribute. Fix this inconsistency and modify ‘inStream’ attribute in MobileDatum as
    non-reference.
