RLS — Typos in 6.3 Background

    There are some simple typos in "6.3 Background." For example, the
    phrase 'wit this specification' at the end of page 6 shall be 'with
    this specification.'
    Also, for the purpose of this specification, it is better to describe
    explicitly that this specification can be applied to fields other than
    robotics, such as GIS or LBS.
