RLS — Typo in 6.3.4 Robotic Localization Architecture

    This issue is actually about 7.3.4, not 6.3.4.
    Correct the erratum in Section 7.3.4 of RLS Specification Beta1 (robotics/08-07-
    01). Note that the section number #6.3.4 in this issue is based on the previous
    version of RLS Specification (robotics/08-05-02).
