RLS — Possible inconsistency between RoLo Data class attributes

    In the RoLo Data class definition (Table 55), there are two attributes
    which defines the elements of the target RoLo Architecture: rla (class
    RoLo Architecture) and elem (class RoLo Element). This allows
    inconsistent specification in the two attributes. Description shall be
    added to notice users not to lead any inconsistency
