RLS — SymbolicCS/CRS name is confusing

    In 6.3.2 Identity Information, symbolic identity CS/CRS are defined as
    'SymolicCS/CRS' where numberic ones are defined as
    'NumericIdentityCS/CRS'. Symbolic ID CS/CRS classes shall also be
    named in the same manner.
