Summary:
I was wondering, why two kinds of observators was designed within the GQAM as denoted in the figure shown below:
Why not gathering both into one single stereotype? I propose to keep the second one, GaLatencyObs.
In addition, I was also wondering why the <<SaSchedObs>> stereotype defined within SAM was not inheriting from <<GaLatencyObs>> instead of <<GaTimedObs>>?
What do you think?

Disposition Summary:
Clarification text on possible joint usage of GaLatencyObs and SaSchedObs
GaLatencyObs specializes GaTimedObs to collect duration between two events which can be used in more domains than schedulability, while
SaSchedObs is used to collect schedulability related metrics. The specified specializations are coherent with the intented usages. The specification misses a high level description introducing the usage of SaSchedObs. This resolution adds this text to the specification and fixes a typo related to GaTimedObs.
