Summary:
Should the CMD Request Message have any fields to indicate if it is a restricted or sensitive command requiring special handling? I note that we have the metadata now on CMD request and maybe that takes care of it. Just capturing for discussion.
I'm putting this issue forward simply for discussion. To me, it seems unnecessary, because the command-execution system that receives the request seems like a better arbiter of whether a command is restricted, and what to do with it... but just want discussion.
