    In Telemetry Processed Frame Message NUM-OF-MNEMONICS is described in the table as a value of 1+. Meanwhile the diagram shows 0+ cardinality. After discussion in the RTF, it was determined (Chicago) that it should be 1+ (change the diagram).

    Note that this issue may be OBE, as we are considering deprecating this message.
