C2MS13 — Field order - REQUEST-ID In MNE VAL DATA MSG

    In the Mnemonic Value Data Message, the REQUEST-ID is last, whereas it is first in the AMVAL corollary. AMVAL probably has it right. If given time, it would be a good idea to reorder this, obviously in both the diagram and the table, as these try to maintain same order for readibility.
