C2MS13 — Clarify target of Notification Messages in 6.4.3.1

6.4.3.1 C2MS MSG Message Type, first paragraph says:

“Notification messages are sent to no specific consumer but are distributed to any component listening for that type of message.”

This is ok, but should find a way (and check throughout the doc) to say that they can be sent peer-to-peer (send message) pattern, if desired in the chosen architecture. In those cases, you do notify a specific component. Current language is very pub-sub oriented.
