    AbsoluteTimeParameterType do not have alarm elements associated with it. In
    the current schema this may be by design – an example of a usage for an
    alarming absolute time could be helpful. JWST claims to alarm on occurrences
    of reverse time which in fact would probably be a packet ordering issue.

    Alarms on AbsoluteTime Interesting But Need Design

    We propose to continue to defer the idea of adding alarm definitions to AbsoluteTime parameters because we do not have any extant examples of this. It is a good idea, but needs to be designed. Perhaps a change/delta alarm capability would be useful here. Further end user community input is welcome and desired.
