XMI24 — table 4.1 the href attribute

    In table 4.1 the href attribute is described thus "If true, use the href attribute rather than the idref
    attribute for links within a document". To be meaningful the following should be added "this also prohibits the use of XML attributes for class-typed properties". And 4.11.2 should add the constraint that if Href=true then attribute=false and element=true.
