    21) 4.6.1, and elsewhere: should relate the 'id' and uuid' attributes to the 'Property::isId' and Package::id properties in the MOF2 Core spec. These are mentioned nowhere in the XMI spec. In fact it seems that the org.omg.xmi.idProperty tag is redundant with Property::isId.
