    4.3.1 states "Some of these XML elements contain metadata about the metadata to be transferred, for example, the identity of the model associated with the metadata, the tool that generated the metadata, whether the metadata has been verified, etc." However the XMI spec has nothing about verification - so this last clause should be deleted.
