XMI24 — XSD fragment for difference elements in 4.5.6

    The XSD fragment for difference elements in 4.5.6 uses XSD:IDREFS for 'target' which does not allow reference to external elements using href. The intention is clearly to allow external refercnes: section 4.5.6 starts "The Add class represents an addition to a target set of objects in this document or other documents." And 4.12.4 has an example (which is not valid acordign to the XSD fragment).

    The issue refers only to the XML attribute form of target: and forgets that there is also an XML element which allows the use of href or xmi:idref via the inclusion of ObjectAttribs.
