XMI24 — timestamp attribute

    As late as a draft of XMI 1.3 that I have, there were two attributes of the XMI element, verified and timestamp which disappeared from the XMI element in XMI 2.0 and were not restored in XMI 2.1. I'm not sure how useful the verified attribute was, but I have always found the timestamp attribute to be extremely useful in determining the provenance of XMI documents and have set it on my XMI 1.1 exports (most notably the Unisys Rose XMI Addin). I find it very annoying that it is missing from XMI 2.1.
