Where a referenced document has been published, or is in the course of publication, as an International Standard, as is the case for the MOF, then the reference should be to the IS version. Change the reference for the Meta Object Facility to ISO/IEC 19508, which should have been published no later than the IS version of the current document.
Make similar changes for any other referenced documents that have been published in ISO, IEC or ITU versions.
