XMI24 — Change default of tag org.omg.xmi.contentType

    This defaults to empty which means that in generated XML schemas there is no ComplexType generated! Which is inconsistent with practice and usefulness, and indeed the examples in the spec document.

    The default should be changed to ‘complex’. This affects Table 4.1 (note that this row duplicates ‘complex’ as a possible value) and rule 4 of 5.2.1.
