XMI24 — Deprecate/remove Chapter 7

    Chapter 7 (Production of MOF from XML) is insubstantial and has not been implemented. It has nothing to do with the purpose of XMI – as indicated by the examples which are in terms of application models not metamodels. Its presence diminishes the spec as a whole.
