UPDM — Annex A should start with the Layers section

OMG specifications traditionally list element descriptions in alphabetical order. However, the major sections are kept in a logical order corresponding to the subject of the specification. Unfortunately Annex A (DMM) is alphabetical throughout all levels, which makes it very hard to read. Logically related items are teared apart and presented in a non-logical order. Example: Annex A starts context-less with AcV-1 and AcV-2, while the overarching AcV is introduced pages later under Layers.For the benefit of the reader, Annex A should start with the Layers section, internally ordered in a logical order (i.e. starting with AV), then it is probably ok to keep the detailed sections sorted alphabetically. A repetition of "Figure 1: UPDM Viewpoint Support Illustration" in the intro of Annex A might be helpful for the reader.
