UPDM — OV-7

OV-7. There have been several comments on MODAF OV-7 that it should be possible to relate entities to the things in the real world that they refer to. Might be a good idea to add a dependency called "refersTo" that relates to a ResourceType.

Resolution This is an interesting idea and might be quite useful. I don't know if we have time to add this now though so we will want to defer it to the next version of UPDM.Though this sounds like a simple idea, there could be a lot of additional work required to support this fully. For example, a matrix showing the mapping, decisions to be made about composite Entities and whether Resources are the only thing that should be related, etc.
