    Fig141: SV-2 is really just for systems and software, but this diagram shows all resources. It's also just supposed to be about data, not matter and energy. Also, compare with Fig 142, which then goes back to the MODAF approach.

    Resolution Current thinking is that if Resource/Energy flow is allowed on the SV-1, it should also be allowed on the SV-2 - otherwise you loose the ability to have ports showing non-data flow.Talk to Ian to clarifiy.
