    Fig139 InternalDataModel: The physical data model may not be internal (in fact, it usually isn't, as we're talking about military messages mostly). It is known as physical in DoDAF and MODAF and UPDM should reflect this.

    Resolution PhysicalDataModel only exists in MODAF, whereas InternalDataModel only exists in DoDAF.We'll rename InternalDataModel to PhysicalDataModel and then create a new DoDAF alias for InternalDataModel.
