    Fig134 Artifact [FacilityType?]: Can't really tell what this is, as its definition seems to just define it in terms of itself, then nowhere else does it define what is meant by facility. Nor is there a facility element in the model. If it is meant to show when an artefact is a facility, then by all means create a subtype of artefact called facility (in fact this would be quite a good idea).
