    Resolution Though the name has changed (i.e. now called MovementOfPeople) the relationship still exists in MODAF 1.2. Also, we don't want to reuse SV flows on the OV-2.We should add an alias called MovementOfPeople (as a specialization of OrganizationalExchange) to be consistent with MODAF though.
