    Resolution POTENTIAL SOLUTION:This is how it's modelled in MODAF 1.2. We'll request clarification from Ian Bailey before we decide to change this or not.The Entity has a continuous lifecycle which can be captured as a State. The current feeling is to leave it as it is.
