UPDM — Change InformationElement to extend Class. Review relationship to Entity?

NodePorts are mapped to FlowPorts which limits the elements that can type it. Since InformationElements are extensions of InformationItem they cannot be linked to a FlowPort and as such UPDM invalidate SysML constraints. We do, however, need to connect InformationElements to NodePorts so we cannot just remove it.Same issue with ResourcePort and DataElement.
