UPDM — There doesn't seem much point in showing Service on the SOV-1

There doesn't seem much point in showing Service on the SOV-1. It cannot be shown on a diagram as it's an extension of a Port and the owners of the Ports aren't shown.

Rationale There's no point showing this and potentially it could be confusing.
Resolution: We'll remove the Service stereotype from the SOV-1 view definition diagram (not from the model).
