UPDM — Currently ActualMeasurementSets are not related to time

    Resolution: Add a new stereotype that specializes ActualMeasurementSet that has the additional properties, etc. The following attributes are potential candidates:Recorded Date (when the measurements were taken) - MUSTValidity Date (how long the measurements are valid for) - MAYBE
