    ActualProjectMilestoneStereotype has an attribute "time" of type ISO8601DateTime, which is a stereotype that extends LiteralString. A literal string is used to store a string value but it is not a type. It cannot be specified as the type for a stereotype property. It also does not make sense to apply a stereotype to a string value.
