UPDM — We aren't consistent about the tag definition names used for storing start and end dates

    We aren't consistent about the tag definition names used for storing start and end dates. We seem to have a mixture of "startDate/endDate", "fromTime/toTime" and possibly some others. We should be consistent.

    Rationale It's easier for users if we're as consistent as possible with everything in the profile.
    Resolution We'll make all the date/time tags have the same names (i.e. startDate and endDate). This will make it a lot more consistent.All references changed to startDate, endDate, date.
