    Rationale The ServiceParameter needs to be constrained to make it compatible with FunctionParameters. Without this Functions cannot implement a ServiceOperation safely.
    Resolution We'll add a metaConstraint between ServiceParameter and ResourceInteractionItem (the umlRole will be "type").
