UPDM — ServiceOperations need to be owned by Resources as well as ServiceInterfaces

ServiceOperations need to be owned by Resources as well as ServiceInterfaces as otherwise nothing is implementing the operation on the interface. This also means that ServiceOperations need to be connected to Functions via a metaConstraint constraining the method/specification relationship.NOTE: We identified the need to do this before the submission but ran out of time…

Rationale ServiceInterfaces specify the operations that need to be implemented by the realizing resource. In order to implement them, they need to be copied to the realizing Resource. They then need a Function connected to them to show how the operation is implemented by the Resource.
Resolution We'll add a metaConstraint between Resource and ServiceOperation (the same as the one between ServiceInterface and ServiceOperation).
