    Rationale OntologyReference currently extends Extension yet the two subtypes are Class and InstanceSpecification extensions. Though the extensions aren't inherited this doesn't seem right.
    Resolution OntologyReference should not be extending Extension. Since its abstract, we'll update it to extend Element as we have for all the other abstract stereotypes.
