UPDM — Artifact and Artefact

    I'm pretty sure it was decided that Artifact and Artefact were similar enough that we didn't need both. We should remove the one in the MODAF package.

    Rationale The names are so similar that'd it be more confusing to have both names.
    Resolution We'll remove the MODAF specialized stereotype as the MOD aren't overly worried about the Americanized spelling.
