UPDM — Abstract Stereotypes should not Extend Element

    A lot of the abstract stereotypes are set to extend Element when they shouldn't be. They're abstract so they don't really need to extend anything (their derived stereotypes will do that). The main problem is that since UPDMElement is set to Element and everything is a specialization of it, the stereotypes appear to inherit the ability to be applied to anything - something we definitely don't want!
