UPDM — The metaConstraint with the umlRole "ownedElement" is wrong

    The metaConstraint with the umlRole "ownedElement" is wrong. The relationship should indicate that the ServiceFunctionActions must be owned by a ServiceFunction (i.e. a metaConstraint from ServiceFunctionAction to ServiceFunction with an umlRole of "activity").

    The current metaConstraint stops a ServiceFunction from owning anything other than ServiceFunctionActions, which is completely wrong.
    We'll change the metaConstraint between ServiceFunction and ServiceFunctionAction (very similar to UPDM_00034).
