UPDM — KnownResources as well as NodeRoles should be connectable to Needlines

    KnownResources as well as NodeRoles should be connectable to Needlines (i.e. it should be connected to NodeChild).

    If we don't have this then the flow of exchanges to KnownResources cannot be modelled.
    We'll add Needlines to NodeChild instead of NodeRole so that the full OV-2 description can be implemented.
