    again, this may indicate a misunderstanding of the
    capability approach in UK and US defence acquisition. The statement “Defines the
    association between a CapabilityConfiguration and the Capabilities that are configured by it”
    implies the capability is defined by the resources that realise it. This is not the case (see the
    comment on Capability).
