UPDM — Materiel

the definition in UPDM does not appear to make sense (possibly as the result of
cut-and-paste problems ?). Later references to Materiel would seem to suggest that is the
supertype of all UPDM elements that can have behaviour. This is not apparent from its
name or from its definition, so cannot be confirmed
