    MODAF now defines the temporal and physical structure of the
    enterprise – i.e. an enterprise can be decomposed into its parts and into its temporal
    phases. UPDM applies the temporal information to the Vision (and also to other elements),
    which does not allow for quite such a flexible way to “slice and dice” the architecture
