UPDM — OperationalTask

· This could be used to tie rather nicely into the handling of interfaces and ports in which case an operation could be a part of an interface associated with a realized interface that forms a part of a port. In all fairness however, if operations are made use of it is felt that signals should also be allowed, especially since a good way of visualising operations would be to allow InformationElements to be conveyed by signals (they could of course also be dealt with as part of the attributes associated with a given operation).
