UPDM — CapabilityConfigurationCapability

· This entity would work better as an extension of Dependency rather than association. It furthermore needs to be noted that capability configurations are defined by the capability they implement not the other way around. This implies that the supplier of the relationship is the capability and that the client is the CapabilityConfiguration of which there may be more than one since different combinations of resources could be used to supply a capability.
