    OrganizationalResourceCapabilityConfiguration metaclass should be Usage or Dependency.

    Problem

    Direction is not clear
    Name is not informative and too long

    Solution

    Change metaclass to Usage or Dependency.
    Add derived tags to both ends (at least to the target) to maintain bi-directional navigability.
    Change name to “configuredBy”
