UPDM — NodeCausesEffect metaclass should be Usage or Dependency

Problem

Direction is not clear
Unnecessary properties (association ends) are created.
Name is not informative and too long
Node cannot cause Effect, it should be Node’s behavior that does it. This relation is somewhat duplicated by

OperationalCapabilityEffect.

Solution

Change metaclass to Usage or Dependency.
Add derived tags to both ends (at least to the target) to maintain bi-directional navigability.
Change name to “causes”
