    "A Network is a collection of one or more CommunicationPaths. It may contain multiple CommunicationPaths between
    the same pair of Systems. This is typically realized by the Network owning a set of CommunicationPaths." This is not completely true. A network is a System, so it can be composed from other Systems, 8.6.15.3
