SYSML17 — Sample problem diagrams are inconsistent, need to refactor from integrated model

The diagrams in Annex D are in many ways inconsistent with each other. Fixing existing issues with each individual diagram will tend to make this problem worse, instead of better. For consistency's sake, the set of diagrams in Annex D needs to be generated from an integrated model as existing issues are addressed.

Replace 1.6 Annex D with 1.7 Annex D generated from integrated model.

Two documents attached:
1. Annex D generated from the 1.7 integrated model in TWC (SysML 1.x Specification [trunk] #1206.
2. SYSML17-185 Resolution Document, generated from the same model (#1210) with tables showing each issue resolved & the effected diagram(s), then each of the 41 figures in both final form and annotated to show which changes have been made. Note that figures without annotated diagrams have not substantially changed from 1.6.
